Their story
From RBW Boyz to ONEUS
ONEUS started as RBW Boyz, the name RBW gave its boy group in training. Several had already been seen on TV: Keonhee and Hwanwoong on Produce 101, Ravn and Seoho on Mix Nine. The name, "One" plus the "Us" of "You Make Us", was announced in the summer of 2018. Their debut EP, Light Us, came out in January 2019, and the EP went to No. 1 on iTunes in the US.
A trophy under the moon
In 2020 they took on other boy groups in Mnet's Road to Kingdom and finished fourth. The first music show win followed in November 2021 with "LUNA", the title track of Blood Moon. A year later Malus topped the weekly Gaon album chart. Ravn left in the autumn of 2022, and the other five carried on.
Writing their own songs
Over the years the members took more of the writing into their own hands. For 5x in 2025 all of them had songwriting credits, and the album title stood for five members and endless possibilities. Keonhee and Hwanwoong wrote the lyrics of "Grenade". On First Light : 井, Leedo worked on two songs and Keonhee on a third. In between, each member put out a solo single, from Seoho's "Hatchling" to Hwanwoong's "Radar".
Where they are now
The RBW contract ended in February 2026, after seven years. Both sides agreed that the group would keep the name ONEUS, and the five signed with Bwave Entertainment, whose main producer R.Tee made their new title track. Seoho came back from the Army in August, and in September the reunited group released First Light : 井. The FULL MOON world tour is scheduled to open in Seoul on 24 October.
